Insurance
[CLIENT TO PROVIDE: list of insurance plans Healing Harbor is in-network with]
Coverage varies from plan to plan. Before your first session, we recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking:
- Do I have outpatient mental health (behavioral health) benefits?
- Is Healing Harbor Therapy and Counseling in-network for my plan?
- What is my copay or coinsurance for an outpatient therapy session?
- Do I have a deductible, and how much of it have I met this year?
- Is telehealth covered the same way as in-person sessions?
- Do I need prior authorization or a referral?
We’re also happy to help you sort through it on your phone call.
Self-pay rates
[CLIENT TO PROVIDE: self-pay rate for the first (intake) session, ongoing session rate, and session length]

[CLIENT TO PROVIDE: whether a sliding scale or financial assistance is offered, and its terms]
