The content on this website is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Reading this website, sending a message, or calling does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after intake and mutual agreement to begin services.

Emergencies and urgent needs

Healing Harbor does not provide 24-hour crisis services. Messages sent through this website, by email, by text, or by voicemail may not be seen right away and should never be used for emergencies.

Clinical services

Information about services, approaches, availability, insurance, and fees is provided in good faith and may change. Whether a particular service or approach is right for you can only be decided together, as part of a professional assessment. Telehealth services are available only to people located in Minnesota at the time of the session.

Email, phone, and outside services

Regular email, text messages, and website forms are not fully secure. Please do not send personal health information through them. If you choose to communicate by these methods, you accept the privacy risks involved.

This website may link to outside websites, such as the 988 Lifeline, screening tools, social media, maps, or a client portal. Those sites are operated by others, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not mean we endorse everything on that site.

Content, availability, and appropriate use

The text, design, and images on this website belong to Healing Harbor or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy substantial content without permission. Please don’t misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it or sending spam through the contact form. We may update or remove content, and the site may occasionally be unavailable.
